Going to the grocery store to buy a protein bar is a daunting task, full of confusion, marketing buzzwords, and empty nutrition. Protein is the most important macronutrient, providing you with amino acids, the building blocks of life, supporting bone health, muscle mass, healthy hair growth, gut health, a strong immune system, and so much more. Protein is also the most satiating macronutrient, supporting your weight-loss journey. Now you can make your protein bars, save money, know that you’re eating clean ingredients, and personalize the extras just for you!
