Peruvian Green Sauce

Ingredients:

2-3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and ribs removed

1 c. fresh cilantro

2 green onions

1/2 c. avocado mayonnaise

1/4 c. plain, unsweetened coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)

1 lime, juiced

sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy.

Use on fish, chicken, steak, and vegetables, as a dip or over Peruvian Chicken.
