Ingredients
2 c. raw sunflower seeds
2 c. raw pumpkin seeds
1 c. chia seeds
1 c. hemp seeds
⅓ c. olive oil
5 organic eggs
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the lined pan and even out with a spatula.
Bake for 40 min.
This bread will not rise.
You will see oil at top- do not wipe off.
Let it soak back into the bread.
Let cool for 15 minutes before removing it from pan.
To remove, lift the loaf by the parchment paper and let cool for 10 additional minutes before slicing.
Slice warm and serve.
If you’d like to freeze some, place a piece of parchment paper in between each slice, then into a bag.
This will make it easier to separate.
To reheat, toast on low heat for a few minutes.
Note- you can mix any nuts and seeds as long as you have the same volume.
