Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

Serves 4
Ingredients
1 cup pure pumpkin purée
6-8 oz. Unsweetened dairy-free milk
1 t. Lakanto brand maple flavored syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 T. chia seeds
1 T. MCT oil
t. ground cinnamon
1/16 t. ground nutmeg
1/16 t. ground ginger
1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Add everything except the ice to a blender, and pulse until combined.
Add the ice, and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if you want it thinner.
