Roasted Chickpeas Snack
Ingredients
2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 T. coconut oil or avocado oil
1 t. Himalayan sea salt
1/2 t. Black pepper
Any other spices you like as well:
Oregano
Basil
Turmeric
Cayenne pepper
Dried basil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cumin
coriander
Directions
Heat the oven to 400°F.
Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
Dry the chickpeas.
Place the chickpeas in a large mixing bowl and add the oil and seasonings.
Spread them on a lined cookie sheet using parchment paper.
Roast for 30-40 minutes, checking for your desired level of crunch.
