Roasted Chickpeas Snack

Ingredients

  • 2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 2 T. coconut oil or avocado oil

  • 1 t. Himalayan sea salt

  • 1/2 t. Black pepper

Any other spices you like as well:

  • Oregano

  • Basil

  • Turmeric

  • Cayenne pepper

  • Dried basil

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Cumin

  • coriander

Directions

  • Heat the oven to 400°F.

  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas.

  • Dry the chickpeas.

  • Place the chickpeas in a large mixing bowl and add the oil and seasonings.

  • Spread them on a lined cookie sheet using parchment paper.

  • Roast for 30-40 minutes, checking for your desired level of crunch.
