Meatza Pizza
Choosing organic, pasture-raised ground chicken or pork is important to our health so that we limit the overabundance of exogenous toxins we take in daily. Toxins cause inflammation in and outside our bodies, leading to a cascade of health problems, such as skin irritations, headaches, achy joints, leaky gut and so much more. Have fun with the toppings no matter what dietary plan you subscribe to. Shown here is shredded sheepsmilk cheese and spices.
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken or pork
1 ½ c. pulverized pork rinds (Epic or 4505 brands)
2 eggs
2 t. Sea salt
2 t. Italian seasoning (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Grease a 9” cake pan.
Place meat mixture into the pan and press down until evenly distributed and create an edge by pushing some of the meat up the wall of the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Take out and add any pizza toppings of choice.
Place back into the oven and back for 15 more minutes or done to your liking.
