Chocolate-Maca Chia Pudding

Healthy chocolate chia pudding anyone? Update your chia pudding with healthy adaptogenic maca root. Ingredients

  • 1 c. dairy-free, unsweetened milk

  • ⅓ c. chia seeds

  • 1 T. powdered monk fruit, stevia or erythritol

  • ¼ c. cacao powder

  • 2 T. maca root powder

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

  • Set-up in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

  • Top with cacao nibs, whipped coconut cream, unsweetened shredded coconut, fresh organic berries or toasted hemp seeds.
