Blender Hollandaise Sauce

My Blender Hollandaise Sauce is filled with nutritious fats like pasture-raised, grass-fed ghee or butter and egg yolks, creating a decadent addition to eggs, steak and veggies. Serves 2-4
Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. ghee or grass-fed butter, unsalted
1 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar
1/2 t. sea salt
1/4 t. cayenne (optional)
Directions
Melt the butter over low heat.
Add the egg yolks into the blender.
Add the vinegar and salt to blender.
Puree the ingredients on high.
Stream in the melted, hot butter to blend with the egg yolk mixture until thick.
Serve warm or cold.
