Blender Hollandaise Sauce

My Blender Hollandaise Sauce is filled with nutritious fats like pasture-raised, grass-fed ghee or butter and egg yolks, creating a decadent addition to eggs, steak and veggies. Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 1/2 c. ghee or grass-fed butter, unsalted

  • 1 1/2 T. apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 t. sea salt

  • 1/4 t. cayenne (optional)

    Directions

  • Melt the butter over low heat.

  • Add the egg yolks into the blender.

  • Add the vinegar and salt to blender.

  • Puree the ingredients on high.

  • Stream in the melted, hot butter to blend with the egg yolk mixture until thick.

  • Serve warm or cold.
