Skincare routines are essential to healthy, youthful skin. There's an overwhelming supply of lotions, potions, serums, spray and creams promising us a healthy glow. But, how do we get it right? Autumn Breen, a licensed esthetician in the Chicago area, shares with us her top skincare routines for the morning and evening times. We dive into products, ingredients and which toxins to stay clear of. She breaks down the plethora of skincare treatments starting with chemical peels, microneedling, lasers, light therapy and injectibles. Who’s a candidate for which treatment? Autumn explains the ins and outs of each treatment, shining a light on the best options for different skin issues and goals. Nutrition is a huge component of supporting healthy skin and we both share our top choices for fighting off free radicals and building more collagen in aging skin.
